PARTICIPATION CONDITIONS AND RULES

• Competitors will run on the course marked by the organization throughout the race. The markings are placed at minimum 10 meters and maximum 100 meters intervals according to the terrain.
• It is the competitor's responsibility to run on the course by following the markings. It is in the nature of trail running to get lost (running in the wrong place).
• The organization has the right to change the course before the race. The changes will be announced to the competitors before the race.
• Some of the trails may pass through roads open to traffic. It is the responsibility of the participant to obey the traffic rules and to pay attention to the vehicles and pass safely.
• Participants under 18 years of age can only participate in the LLT8K course with a parental permission petition.
• Since each participant is obliged to sign his/her own waiver, only his/her own kit bag will be available at the kit distribution table.
• Compulsory material checks will be carried out at the kit table and at the start. Participants who do not show their mandatory materials at the kit table will not be able to receive the kit.

• For the LST17K, LMT26K and LUM45K courses, participants must have a 6-month medical certificate stating that they are not prevented from running or an athlete license approved by a sports federation related to a race.
• Participants aged 65 and over can participate in the competition with an ECG and a medical report from a Cardiologist.
• Refund requests made 7 days after registration will be refunded with a 30% deduction until May 1, 2025. After May 1, 2025, refund requests will not be accepted. 
• The athlete who does not participate in the event can have the kits taken by a friend with an ID photo.
• After the event, the prize / plaque and kit are not shipped.

SERVICE-TRANSFER

• There is a shuttle service from the finish point (Bağarcık Village) to the start point (Kapıkırı Village) for athletes who finish LST17K and LMT 26K. Shuttle service is only for athletes.
• The service is for athletes only. You can park your vehicles in Kapıkırı

QUORUMS

• Course quotas are given below.
• LST17K-150 participant,
• LMT26K-80 participant,
• LUM45K-80 participant,

When the quotas are full, registration will be closed without waiting for the registration deadline

AWARDS

• Age groups are 39 years and below, 40-49 years, 50 years and above. (There is no age category in the 10K course. It will only be evaluated in the general classification).
• In all competitions, the age group in which the athlete will compete is determined based on the month and day of the athlete's birth date. 
• There is no cash prize, there may be sponsor prizes. Those who rank in the competition are given a trophy/shawl.
• The winners in the general classification will not be awarded in the age groups.

MANDATORY EQUIPMENT

• The mandatory material check can be done at any point of the kit distribution and the course.
• The kit will not be delivered to those who do not have compulsory equipment.
• Compulsory equipment can be checked during kit distribution, before the start, at checkpoints or at the finish.
• A time penalty of 15 minutes will be given for each compulsory material that is not present during the compulsory material check.

DISCREDITATION

• A runner who throws a water bottle on the field is disqualified. (A runner who is reported by 2 runners to have thrown a water bottle is disqualified)
• Not passing through any intermediate point.
• Taking shortcuts or taking shortcuts.
• Leaving a participant who needs help alone and not helping them.
• Refusing to be checked by medical personnel.
• Refusing to have their essential equipment checked by the organization.
• Receiving support except at intermediate points.
• Disqualified runners are not allowed to continue the run
